Our Flu shots are in!
Flu season is officially here and we encourage you to bring in your child for vaccination. If your child has a wellness visit planned in the next few weeks he or she can receive the vaccine at that visit. If you do not have a visit in the next few weeks you should schedule an appointment now.
Dr. Tokat and her three kids were in Jordan this summer where they also spent time with the refugee kids from Sudan.
Dr. Tokat described the visit as “a refreshing experience that puts our lives in perspective” seeing the kids with almost no means to live are quite happy with what little they have. Dr. Tokat spent time with refugee moms asking about children’s health, vaccinations, and nutrition status.

There is a very special pediatrician in Clifton. He has been serving our community for over 35 years. Here, he has tirelessly run both a busy inner-city clinic helping at-risk youth and also a solo practice at the same time.
